This is a micro, family-run business, so we ask that you understand we are not mass producing products, and there may be delays at times of high demand. We will always try to communicate with you about any delays or issues we are experiencing. Please do not hesitate to Contact Us if you have any questions about our processes or expected delivery dates.
All our products are made to order.
We use the highest quality materials we can source.
All our products are handmade in a smoke-free environment.
By the very nature of handcrafting, no two items are the same, and images are for illustrative purposes only. The product you receive may have a different scale or orientation of motif.
We endeavour to supply you with products that are finished to a high standard, but should you find a loose thread, please remove it by carefully snipping with a scissors; do not pull it.
We believe in keeping waste to a minimum. Unfortunately, it is difficult to avoid plastics when packing items like ours for shipping. The mailer bags we use are made from 80% recycled and 20% new plastics, and have an additive called Biothene which makes them 100% Bio Degradable. We recommend you carefully open our packaging so that you can reuse it for another purpose.
The clear plastic ziplock bags used for barrier masks can be used as storage bags for freshly laundered masks or as a wet bag for used masks before you can launder them. These were selected for their reusable nature.
As with all waste products, we ask that you reuse/recycle where possible and dispose of appropriately where not possible.
All artwork (paintings/prints) visible in our product placement photographs are originals, used with permission of the artist, Emma O’Connor Bray https://emmaoconnorbray.com
